Resmi LLC provides freight transportation, warehousing, and related logistics services. All services are subject to separate service agreements, bills of lading, and rate confirmations agreed upon between Resmi LLC and the customer.

Resmi LLC's liability for loss or damage to freight is governed by applicable federal regulations (Carmack Amendment) and the terms of the applicable bill of lading. Liability is limited to the actual value of the goods, not to exceed our stated liability limits unless additional declared value coverage is purchased.
